Appointment (both in-person and virtual) are ALWAYS late. I called the front desk about one virtual appointment where I had been holding for 25 minutes and was told it should be just a couple of minutes more. Was another 20 minutes. Once you get to see him, he does not rush the appointment and is good about explaining what he is doing and what is going on, but does not offer other options.
