I called the office, to get some information regarding insurance coverage, before assigning them as Primary care providers. The front office staff was very very rude.
Absolute worst. Financially driven practice. You will be just another number. You can't even access the office when you call - calls are rerouted to a call center type where they take your message and send to the receptionist or Dr. They in turn will either never respond or take a couple of weeks to respond. I'm moving to another Dr. outside of the practice and to get my medical records they are charging me $40. What???
