Dr Chu and staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Chu is intent on helping you maintain your health and helping you get on a path to better health.
Dr.chu was very helpful and insightful. His team was excellent and got us in and out. They got us in same day and were very friendly and seemed concerned about my son and his quality of care, which felt good.
Going from my 11yr care from Dr.J.Ruger to Dr.J.Chu felt more than expectingly smooth & comfortable. Dr. Ruger retired & I was referred to Dr.Chu. Dr. Chu has been my all-around physician (regular check ups- my gynecologist.) I prefer sticking to one doctor for all my regular needs & since I started seeing Dr.Chu he has always made me feel comfortable, welcomed, cared for & worth the time for any & all of my needs. Truly grateful & Blessed.

My insurance company assigned me to this doctor. Previously, I had two doctors I liked at Ridgeline who both left because they hated the place. I understood why as I always had to wait at the clinic and the staff was very rude. Finally I was transferred to Dr. Chu. He was very condescending and was more interested in leaving the room. He didn't review my records or my medications and even though I was there only to meet him, he charged me for a full physical. I left Ridgeline finally.
Very good experience with Dr. Chu. He is knowledgeable, capable and straight forward. I would definitely recommend.
He is thorough, personable, and has a great bedside manner. When many physicians call with follow-up information, such as test results, you get the short story and they're off the phone. Dr. Chu has always been very communicative and thorough, and won't hang up until all questions are answered. I think he's great.
Getting someone on the phone not easy. Billing is a nightmare. Even the staff admits that billing is difficult. Staff (Pam) is rude and unprofessional.
