What a pleasant first visit to my new Doctor, how many people ever say that? The office was orderly, the appointment was on time, and because this was my first visit I did not know what to expect. These days it seems hard to get an appointment with a new Doctor let alone enjoy the first visit. Doctor Castro was fantastic. He listened, asked questions, and shared plenty of time with me, I did not feel rushed at all. My first time visit to Dr. Castro surprised me. For a long time I did not see such a nice and knowledgeable doctor with perfect bedside manners and sense of humor. He took time to talk to me with patience and kindness. He was very informative and give me many options how to treat my conditions. Highly recommend.

Dr. Castro is a wonderful Doctor!! Great bedside manors. He listens to his patient and gets to the bottom of your issues. He will refer you to a specialist when needed and he is just down to earth.. Wonderful person and I would highly recommend him!!
Although new to Dr Castro, I already consider him to be kind-hearted and he has my BEST interests at heart. He is punctual, attentive; and has a welcoming presence - with an empathetic approach. He does active listening and validates the patient. I found him to have a nice sense of humor too~ which was an added bonus! He is light-hearted when appropriate, while being direct to ensure OPTIMAL clinical outcomes. Dr. Castro is by far the best Doctor I've encountered. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable starting from check in, Dr. Castro's MA and himself.
Doctor spent time talking to me. Staff was courteous and excellent to deal with
1st time in this office and meeting Dr Castro. Office seemed efficient and I was comfortable.
