Best Dr I have ever had. He listens to me and genuinely cares about helping me. His staff are all friendly and make sure I get my appointments made and all other needs are met. He is the best!!!
Dr. Castro is my savior. I work night shift in pediatrics while attending school during the day and before I started having neck and head issue's I loved him for his forthright and honest, yet caring attitude. He's an extremely laid back guy while still conveying his professionalism. When I stared having head/neck issue's I was lucky to already him as my primary since that's his specialty. The amount of relief I felt after one appointment with him after two weeks of suffering in pain is unreal.
Dr Castro is really nice and thorough. He listens to all your concerns and is very clear about his diagnosis and suggested treatment . The nurse that took my vitals was also very nice and considerate and the staff was friendly .
Dr. Castro is THE BEST and most understanding doctor I've ever had! He is patient, effective and attentive. He's extremely knowledgable and it shows. When he enters the exam room I always feel like I have his undivided attention. It's because of his caring demeanor, that I feel comfortable discussing any concern I have. He's also able to connect to my kids with to put them at ease! They're no longer afraid of the Dr's office. The entire staff is amazing too. I'm pleased and here to stay A+ place
Has the best bedside manner, always punctual and precise with his diagnosis. Doesn't sit on issues, always willing to get the best treatment the first time around.
Dr Castro is the best doctor i have visted in Tampa. He goes out of his way to listen, asks the right questions, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Castro helped my internal stress and I feel 20 years younger thanks to his suggestions.
I think Dr. Castro is really funny. He made my visit feel more relaxing. He was quickly able to diagnose my problems and solved them very efficiently. I'm happy I chose him.
Dr. Castro is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. He is a genuinely caring person & truly loves his work. It's so important to have a PCP who will listen & spend time with their patients, and Dr. Castro does exactly that. I've never felt rushed or felt like a burden for taking up to much of his time. He has diagnosed & treated a condition that I've been trying to figure out for years. He's definitely a smart guy! I'm blessed to have him as my PCP. I highly recommend him :)
Now Dr. Castro is AMAZING-HOWEVER the rude front office staff ( Kesha) makes the entire office have a sour stench. I have been seeing him for quite some time, her alone makes my entire family not want to come back. TGH, being the wife of a director, that works with TGH, you need to re-check this employee- not good for business
