Unprofessional! Horrible to deal with. Rude to our ReMax rental agent. Rude to us. He shouted at our agent when she attempted to gain clarification of his made up rules and refused to mail the keys to her ( a fellow agent who brokered the deal) nor to us, nor to our family member. We are moving from out of state. He wrote that it was against the law to mail the keys or have a family member pick them up.
