Poor bedside manner, very arrogant and lacks compassion. I am also a Healthcare provider in primary care. I understand the importance of humility and empathy when I provide care for my patients so I know arrogance when I see it. It is very detrimental in the relationship between patients and their doctors. It also causes poor communication within the healthcare team as one specialist is afraid of offending or stepping on the toes of the other. Dr. Tank is an exceptional talented surgeon. He has the ability to put you at ease and clearly explains everything about your condition. He is very personable and shows true compassion which is extremely vital when your down. He has a very positive attitude and a great personality. I’m will forever be grateful to him. I was so close to wanting my leg amputated, but thanks to Dr. Tank and Dr. Weber I still have my leg and will soon be walking. The staff likewise is great. I HIGH RECOMMEND HIM
Dr. Tank is an amazing surgeon, He is friendly, practical, and tells you everything you need to know. He cares about his patients, he wants you to get better and he knows you can. All around great doctor.

After snapping my leg in half with a pretty serious motorcycle accident, I couldn't be happier with the external fixture I received. All the people involved with my surgery and recovery were all extremely professional and caring.
Waiting times are ridiculous. The Dr. never runs on time for the 3 appointments I've had with him. You are asked to come in early for X-ray which you wait 30 mins to be called. Then you wait in the waiting room another 30-45mins. Then you wait for the Dr in the patient room for another 30-45 mins for a quick 10 minute conversation. He is a great surgeon if you don't mind waiting the half day to see him
