Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The assistant was thorough and complete. The Doctor assisted me soon after and was finished within a half hour...
Dr. Harrill is wonderful. He really takes his time to explain options and listens.
He will cut/trim your toenails if you ask. Since I'm in-between pedicure appointments. I really needed to get my toenails trimmed, & Dr Harrill did it.
I recently received care for foot pain and sprained ankle. Dr. Harrill has my trust and gratitude. Wonderful bedside manners, coupled with intelligent, compassionate care. Thank you.
We have seen many doctors since a stroke 3 years ago. Dr.Harrill is one of the very few that make you feel he is there to help. Very professional, empathetic and a great sense of humor. This is the second time we've seen him, he genuine.Hopefully will not have to see him again but if we do, we know we will be taken care of.
My daughter is a non-verbal and developmentally delayed young adult. Dr Harrill spoke in a way she could understand (including drawing a simple picture). We quite “accidentally” ended out seeing him (on a Stat basis), and I’m sooooo glad we did. He (and his MA) were so perfect! What a blessing to us both.
Takes time to talk with patient & answer pt’s questions.
Listens to all questions and concerns. Always answers all questions asked.
Excellent communication, empathy with the patient, and a total understanding of the problem with a solution. I give him a 10 !
