Dr. Wexler was excellent in his examination and his explanation of tests meaning.
Dr. Wexler is a great doctor. He’s super booked and obviously really busy, but I never felt rushed at all. He actually listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and even went through my past history instead of just brushing things off. The staff at MedStar were incredible too, everyone was so kind and on top of things.
Dr. Wexler has been my doctor for over ten years and has been guiding my care related to my thyroid issues. He is extremely competent, anticipatory, kind and very personable. My office visits with him have always very pleasant and informative.
This provider doesn't listen and lied to me about the frequency with which a prospective medication would need to be administered. He also presumed that my insurance would not grant prior authorization and seemed to be wholly uninformed in his supposed area of expertise. With an equally arrogant make resident present, the physician also mocked my professional experience and credentials. This provider lacks basic good manners and doesn't seem competent to be practicing medicine.
Dr. Wexler was amazing! He took his time listening to me, explaining my diagnosis and my treatment options and answering all of my questions. I went into the appointment feeling anxious and left feeling relieved and confident that I’m getting the best care possible.
