My wife, Sara's, review...Dr Wexler is extraordinary. He truly listens, which is a very rare quality in modern medicine. We come up with a plan TOGETHER. My opinion is weighed in every part of my care. We work together on my health journey and folding medical advice into practical living. Dr Wexler is sharp and compassionate. He's a problem solver who genuinely cares about my wellness.
I was surprised to read any negative reviews about Dr. Wexler. He was highly recommended to me when I moved to DC and he has lived up to all my expectations. He always comes in, sits down, asks questions and LISTENS to me. If I have to wait, I don't mind because that means he is giving the same treatment to his other patients as well. Absolutely terrible!!!! Can’t get an appointment for over 1 year and then watch out for the bait and switch to see the nurse practitioner because the doctor doesn’t have time to see patients. Worst practice. I think the 5 star reviews are fake.
My son has been struggling with stress for several months. Drove to Mary Washington Hospital emergency on Mother’s Day. Once his vitals were taken this doctor entered the examining room for a brief moment, asked a few questions and left. I asked him, as he continued out the door to repeat his name, he never looked in my direction, repeated his name and continued to exit with his nurse. Very impersonal and unprofessional. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Adam Wexler! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Jason Adam Wexler is caring his patients, and really listens to all my concerns. I feel much better about managing my health thanks to his guidance. The office staff are exceptional—professional, friendly, and always accommodating. They made my first visit smooth and pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
