Updated Review: I was able to call and spoke with the manager. I went in today and she fixed them free of charge. She was awesome and made sure they were to my liking. She kicked butt and I am very satisfied. I visited this location because my regular nail tech is out of town and found it through Google Maps. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
