Kylie is a gem. Excellent communication which is a must in this industry and unfortunately something lacking in a lot of apartment complexes in this area. Clear communication about what to expect in the process. Annnnnd thoughtful! I had an apartment selected and she called me to let me know that she actually had one that is accessible that would help my mom better ! Honestly so refreshing. Hoping to make the retreat my new home soon !
I just want to give a 5-star shout out to Richard in maintenance! He’s constantly looking out for us and making sure we’re taken care of. He’s a joy to have around in the community and has a great heart with a lot to give!
Ive lived here for about 3 years and the best thing about this apartment complex ins the Maintence coordinator, Richard. He is always a pleasure to talk to and prompt to address any issue I have.
maintenance is lovely and office staff are as well. Safe community and great ammenities. The only issue currently is that it’s gotten a lot “dirtier” the pathways are covered in trash and dirt and the landscaping out front is absolutely dismal. It’s becoming an eyesore for an otherwise good looking property with their renovations they’ve done. Hoping for some improvements
This apartment is so poorly maintained. The place is nasty and the current office staff and property manager are so lie. Nobody should want to reside there. Very bad experience for me and my family. We pay our rent on time every month and Whenever anything needs repair, they dont repair it. It is disgusting.
