I just want to give a 5-star shout out to Richard in maintenance! He’s constantly looking out for us and making sure we’re taken care of. He’s a joy to have around in the community and has a great heart with a lot to give!
Ive lived here for about 3 years and the best thing about this apartment complex ins the Maintence coordinator, Richard. He is always a pleasure to talk to and prompt to address any issue I have.
maintenance is lovely and office staff are as well. Safe community and great ammenities. The only issue currently is that it’s gotten a lot “dirtier” the pathways are covered in trash and dirt and the landscaping out front is absolutely dismal. It’s becoming an eyesore for an otherwise good looking property with their renovations they’ve done. Hoping for some improvements
This apartment is so poorly maintained. The place is nasty and the current office staff and property manager are so lie. Nobody should want to reside there. Very bad experience for me and my family. We pay our rent on time every month and Whenever anything needs repair, they dont repair it. It is disgusting.
I came to see the property possibly looking to rent the dumpsters are infront of apartments in horrible shape. I feel bad for the people living by those. That’s what they walk out and see everyday. At least could move them where the dog park is and cover them like other apartments. Trash on the grounds when walking around. It’s disgusting looking. The walkways are covered in pine and dirt. It’s like no one takes care of this property.
