I came in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, the manicure was half ass at best. My cuticles were not trimmed, the nails were lopsided, I asked for a nail file and began fixing them myself, but the nail file was snatched out of my hand and she proceeded to do a half ass job of fixing them, they are still not right, I will either have to remove the polish and file my nails and attempt to cut my cuticles or go somewhere else.
