Great service & prices If you're looking for acrylics, gels, fill-ins, repairs, or pedicures, this is the place to go. Great service, great technicians and great prices. Technicians all speak english in this Vietnamese owned/run establishment. Clean and great work.
Jasmine Nails is unsafe and unhealthy. Unapologetic after causing nail fungus! Watch their sterilization practices CLOSELY. They are lax in these practices. When they are confronted with wrong doing, they will deny and dare you to bring proof. Not worth your nail health! Go somewhere else!!!!
Customer Service About a year ago I came for acrylic nails, pedicure, and wax a few times, I agree that Brandy was extremely rude on several occasions, so I stopped going there. I feel they do a good job on nails and I have never had a problem with their services. I returned a few months ago and have seen a great improvement in Brandy's attitude. Pass on this Nail Salon Very rude! Especially Brandy - treats the customer terrible. You would think that you were getting this service for free. Getting my nails done is a treat but not with her attitude! Not a good place to go!
Convenient location and price, but not worth it. From 3 visits: The middle aged woman does a good job on eyebrows. One of the younger men did a good job with polish, but tore up my cuticles. The man in his 30's watched tv while filing my nails, and the woman in her 20-30's was on the phone while doing my eyebrows. The wax has burned by skin.
Great place, competitive prices I have going to Jasmine Nails for 3 years & had tried numerous other salons previously. The service has been good, the quality of nails has always been excellent, and the staff including Brandy has always been polite. They always make sure I am happy with the job they have done. Great Experience! I have been getting my fingers and toes done here for several years now, and I feel that they do an excellent job for a very reasonable price! I stopped in tonight on my way home from work (after 6pm, and they close at 7pm - I was there until about 7:15) and got a fabulous manicure/pedicure for only $43. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely be stopping by there again soon!!
My Favorite! To my surprise after realizing I've never heard of this place prior to my first visit I fail to understand why I haven't. This place is out of the way for me as there are many other salons closer to my vicinity, but the drive is well worth the service. I find that family owned places are a lot better environments to be in, especially when it comes to something like getting your nails done. The environment is a very clean, bright, happy place to be.
