Staff friendly and professional, office neat and clean, Dr. Jeffers spent time explaining procedure and answering all questions. I was very satisfied with my visit.
The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. I was given a thorough explanation of my upcoming procedure both before and on the date of the procedure. Someone from the staff called a few days following the procedure to check on my recovery.
The staff is awesome! Front desk staff was wonderful! Jennifer and Sheila made me feel comfortable! I was taken care of very professionally with a touch of "home", if that makes sense. I would recommend this office to anyone.
With inteligence, expertise, experience and common sense, Dr Jeffers provides excellent and practical health care.
Dr. Jeffers and her staff are very warm and courteous and helped to allay my apprehension prior to my procedure. They were very professional and everyone was able to explain the procedure and answer all questions to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Jeffers.
I went to Dr. Jeffers after seeing decent reviews. She half-listened while I explained my issue and tried to prescribe medication I just told her I was allergic to. She prescribed something else and I was advised to call if the price of my medication was too high. I called back and was told I would receive a call shortly to discuss different medication but never heard from the office. I did receive a bill with another patients personal information. I would never go back to this office.
The physician and the staff are very friendly and professional.
Previous GI specialist wouldn't return calls so I changed to Dr Jeffers. She has helped to get in control of a chronic condition that previous dr didn't even try to help. Waiting room / exam room wait a little longer than some but her skill in 'fixing' my problem makes it worth the wait
