Excellent doctor.
I would definitely recommend Dr Jeffers! She is professional and very kind. She explains everything in terms you can understand. Her staff are warm and friendly. They called the very next day to enquire about how I was doing.
The consultation for the colonoscopy was very well explained and understandable. The actual colonoscopy went very well and the information provided explained everything very well. I was given pictures of the procedure as well as polyps found. The doctor removed the polyps as part of the colonoscopy. I was given a follow up call the next day. The nurses and staff were very nice and kept me informed of everything that was going on.
Dr. Jeffers and her staff are great. They take time to explain the process and procedures thoroughly. The office is always clean and the pre-procedure prep is easy.

From the first introductory visit until release after the colonoscopy, the experience was one of the best one would expect when visiting a medical practice. The personnel starting with the receptionist were friendly and most professional. When it came time to have the colonoscopy, the nurses, and all those who assisted were caring and concerned with my care and comfort. Dr Jeffers gave a full explanation of the procedure and the diagnosis,
Dr. Jeffers and staff do an absolutely outstanding job. This is the best I've seen yet when it comes to colonoscopy procedures. Professional, courteous, prompt, convenient, caring... outstanding experience overall. Far superior to my Wellstar experience.
Had an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy last week and will be having an intestinal endoscopy asap! Staff and Dr. Jeffers are all very professional and take the time to explain everything in great detail before and after! Would highly recommend this Dr. to any friend!!
I waited about 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk and waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. I can't see myself ever going back again. And there were NOT a lot of patients waiting.
