Dr. Atwal has been treating my son for the last 4 and a half years, since he was 10 years old. As a parent of a child with challenges, Dr. Atwal has been a wonderful partner in helping to navigate and guide us with strategies to best support our son. She is amazing, and my family loves her. Thank you Dr. Atwal!
I’ve had the misfortune of seeing atwal for the past 5 years after she convinced my parents that I needed to be medicated. Throughout that time she has been nothing but rude, vindictive, and incompetent. Please do not allow this woman to be your doctor
On multiple occasions she has showed up late to online meetings, no apology or mention of why, extremely unprofessional. The visits are usually lasting about 5 minutes which is another concerning thing.. she never engages in making sure that my medication is working or changing dosage amounts (when at first she was very persistent that if it doesn’t seem to be working we can try a new amount), even when I’ve expressed I’m not sure it’s working on multiple occasions. Made an appointment and missed it due to miscommunication from the receptionist, asked them about my co pay and NEVER got back to me about it, missed my appointment and asked to reschedule and they said FIND ANOTHER PSYCHIATRIST.... would not waste your time here, i called in septemeber and they called back in december, please save your time and health and go somewhere else they do not care about well being only about MONEY
Two appointments in a row, the wrong prescription was sent to the pharmacy, despite me telling doctor multiple times that I couldn’t afford that medication and it wasn’t working for me, and the issue couldn’t be resolved because no one in the office answered the phone. Today is the second day that I’ve tried getting ahold of the office because my prescription has run out, and not received a response; the pharmacy has been trying longer than I have, and still nothing.
