I live in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The living/dining/kitchen area is sort of like a studio, but with space enough to make it comfortable/work it out. MOST of my neighbors are wonderful People. Some are Veterans, like myself. Veteran, or People that many of us served for. If there is an issue with the living space/apartment, it WILL be corrected... as long as the renter gives them a reasonable chance to do it. There is a African American guy here that is so rude and try to talk proper/white because he has a Caucasian roommate. We got into it and I'm sure I won't be the last one so, if I can help someone else avoid him. He is kinda ghet*o too.. hate to say it.. but if your hard to deal with/rude/attitude, in my book you will always = ghe*to to me...
Common apartments, I can say not really something to be excited to search, and to expect what's common on a apartments complex.
Horrible conditions! Maximum living space about 375 - SqFt. Definitely a 1 person unit. Does have 1 bedroom and 1 bath but that's it! Also, managed by the most horrendous property management company - Sunrise Management! Also the value of rent for half the space is $1,200 and you still have to pay the "common area utilities" $45 per month - on top of your rent! My apartment has flooded 3 times in 1 year because of the plumbing pipes bursting underneath the concrete foundation! Stay away and consider your self WARNED!
