Very kind, but they don’t honor appointment times. Not respectful of other’s time and they have poor time management. I drove an hour just to not even have my appointment honored.
Love my hair
I sent Jasmine a message to book an appointment on June 5th and we agreed on June 8th at 2pm. Jasmine told me that she does not supply curly pieces for knotless. I went to the store in preparation for my appointment and purchased the curly pieces (human hair) and she completely dropped the ball. I drove across town to her shop on Sunday *ON TIME* and she was OUT OF TOWN.
