This duo Karim and William do their very best to make sure the customer is happy and a fair service is provided. For me I brought them a tag heure with a lot of meaning and they persevered in finding the right part all around the world. For watches that matter I recommend them to all
Item was given to be engraved, it was the worst engraving job I have ever seen. No refund. No compensation. No apologies. Stay away from this business. The person is not qualified to engrave. Horrible work and very dishonest.
Destroys jewellery then refuses to pay for it. Should be reported to police. Falsely advertising services that they clearly arnt qualified to do. Absolute rubbish.
Can you give zero stars, cause i would ! I bought a bracelet from prouds and was sent from there to this place to have my bracelet engraved 5 minutes after buying the bracelet for my daughter it’s DESTROYED ! refused to replace the bracelet so this is what we are stuck with. We wanted Gabriella engraved nicely on the bracelet but were told the name was too long and wouldn’t fit so I shortened it to gabby and they couldn’t even do that without making it look like the 1 year old it was bought for had also engraved it !
Would encourage everyone not to even think of using this buisness the most terrible customer service and will return rip
