Jask Customer Service is instantly responsive, pleasant and helpful. The process should be good, as they offer photos of the part for your approval before they ship (first photo). HOWEVER, I received the engine in the photo, but in a rusted-out condition (last 2 photos) as if it had spent seasons outdoors after the photo was snapped. BE SURE to request same-day and time-stamped photos from all angles.
