They use security dogs from a company who’s known to mistreat animals (SGDS pty ltd) and they are left alone to roam with no food or water or shelter. they have enough money to use cameras

I know of 5 building all with water damage because the fire escapes were not waterproofed and every time it rains, water enters the fire escape and damages the apartments. Jasara have denied all fault and have tried to use Band-Aid solutions to try and avoid fault waiting for their insurance liability time frame to be over. Don’t be fooled. If you are affected, take it straight to Fair Trading because they will not prioritise your issue and better yet, they will try and bully you into thinking you damaged your own unit.
