JAS came and did a spring replacement for us this week, which there were no issues with. We were happy with their work and professionalism. However, after adjusting our second door and testing it several times (raising and lowering multiple times), the unit smoked and stopped working within an hour of them leaving. After several attempts to contact them, I am no longer getting a response from them to come and look at the unit. They denied any responsibility for the problem! Poor customer service!
