JAS came and did a spring replacement for us this week, which there were no issues with. We were happy with their work and professionalism. However, after adjusting our second door and testing it several times (raising and lowering multiple times), the unit smoked and stopped working within an hour of them leaving. RecommendedMy torsion spring snapped this afternoon on my 16 ft door. I called them 45 minutes before they closed and was told to bring my old spring to them so they could match it up with a replacement. I thought that I would come back tomorrow for the springs but they cut me a custom set right then even though I didn’t get there until 10 minutes before close. I called to schedule an estimate/consultation. Steve was out in less than 30 minutes that same day after I spoke with his wife. Great customer service! Installation cost including labor were very affordable & the work was done fast! Installers were hard workers, courteous & professional. We love our new garage door! It's absolutely perfect & so stunning. We constantly get compliments from neighbors, friends & family! I definitely recommend JAS Overhead Doors & Openers.
Highly recommend! Called them in the morning they came out the same day and fixed my garage door. Not only did they fix the torsion springs they also spent the extra time on lock and checking over the rest of the door. They have earned my business for life.
JAS got here before noon when I called about my problem. They repaired my door fast AND gave me recommendations on how to prevent the problem from happening again. They charged a lot less than I had figured on. I HIGHLY recommend JAS for anything to do with garage doors!!
I called several different companies to fix my broken garage door and the earliest that could get to my home was 3 days later. I call JAS and explained what was going on the clerk(believe his name was Steve) told me exactly what I was experiencing and what the problem was as if he was there in the garage with me! He promptly sent Jeremy and Ricardo out to fix the problem in a timely manner. These gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!
