My cleaning lady arrived on time, was friendly and got straight to work. She did more than I was expecting and everything was perfect. 2 weeks in a row now, 10/10.
We've taken a while to find a regular cleaner but now have a great lady. Chamila has been doing a wonderful job. My house is large and not easy to do. Whizz have been very responsive through this process and I'm really happy.
The coordination for the cleaning of our unit was straightforward. We have set a fortnightly cleaning for 2 hour. The cleaner was very professional, came on time, and came very well prepared and did a great job. Very neat. The App is easy to follow and very light, but complete at the same time for what is needed to book and arrange.
Great service
On request I have a regular cleaner now that is timely, with ID checks and oversight of the cleaning services. They ensure clear scope of works and a feedback loop which ensures the service meets my needs. Option for cleaner to use your products or theirs at an extra cost, and cleaner asked if I was concerned about using bleach, as she had both options. Very considerate.
