Our company is in Tyler at auction every week. On Wednesday I sent my car hauler to pick up purchased vehicles and we had a problem with a wheel coming off one of our trailers. My driver stopped at this company and left it for them to fix. Andy told us it would be 2-3 days, so Friday I called to check status. Extremely rude he explained to me that he told my driver 2-3 days and he hadn’t looked at it yet.
