Love my apartment, been here almost 10 years now. Pretty good amount of sq ft compared to new builds. Small building, only 36 units. Awesome windows provide a ton of natural light.
I love living here. Plain and Simple. The location is perfect: relatively central for NoPo, max out front that can get you anywhere and thriving food scene on Killingsworth. And the windows... by far the best part of living here. They open the apartment so much and give you great views if you live up high.
