I recently wrote a review here about an unpleasant experience I had at Jarrett Ford with the service department. I was very dismayed until I receive a phone call from Jason Swilley the (relations manager,) who was not only concerned but adamant about fixing the problem at hand. He handled the situation professionally and made my Husband and I feel confident that the job would be done right. My vehicle was fixed properly and we were treated with respect and honesty. Just got back from my first vacation trip in my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and must admit it was a pleasure to travel in. Averaged over 30mpg. The care was comfortable and I am very pleased. I recommend Jarrett-Scott Ford to anyone looking for a new auto. I also need to specifically address my sales representative Mike Sessa. He was knowledgable and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle while on order ... also he was never pushy which is a big plus to me.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Jarrett Scott Ford. I began my search for the car I wanted and sent inquiries to several dealers. A very pleasant young lady from Jarrett Scott replied and to make a long story short.. My wife and I drove from Pensacola to purchase our car because Jarrett Scott had exactly the car we wanted.. at the price we were willing to pay.. and worked with us to make a pleasant car buying experience. Sorry, I don't remember names, but everyone there was pleasant and professional..
