The first review above was mine (excav8) from an old email address that I cannot modify. I am rescinding that review, as something has changed at this dealership over the last couple years. Management, policy, technicians or something. I can not support this dealer at this time.
Excellent service shop. When in Orlando area from out of state, they were the only Ford dealer who could not only get us in for an emergency repair the day we called (others were a week out) but got us repaired over night so we could get on our way. VERY helpful. Now that we live locally - 25 miles away - we use them exclusively.
Staff is friendly professional and handled my issues quickly. I came in for an oil change and they found a recall and handled it while I was there so I didn't have make a second trip. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service.
