I recently special ordered a new 2012 Mustang convertible from the Charlotte County Ford dealership. I contacted Sandy Nyfeld in the internet sales office through an online link.She was very helpful, courteous and accurate in our dealings. She took the time to make sure I received the car I was expecting at the price I was expecting to pay. My main residence is in Gijon Spain and the transaction was totally handled over the internet via email. I would like to pass on some things regarding Don Gasgarth’s Charlotte County Ford. I have had some service at their location in the past and it was excellent. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I did go to my local dealer in Ft. Myers. What a mistake to deal with the rudest people in the business. I would like to commend Mr. Prospero and his service department for their excellent work and service and I would appreciate it if their employee files indicated my satisfaction. I moved here in Port Charlotte recently. In St. Charles Borromeo Church paper, I saw their oil change ad. After the oil change I met Mr. Dominic Prospero, the Quick Lane Manager. I was so happy with the first work that Charlotte County Ford Collision Center did on our ’07 Ford Edge that I brought in a second car – my wife’s Jaguar. They did a bang-up job on both cars. The damage on the Jag was a lot of dings from opening the Edge door inside our garage. The body shop gave us an estimate that sounded reasonable so I gave the go-ahead. They got the job done on time and the car looks perfect.
