I had a terrible experience with Jarrett construction. Ray Mcdowell is not to be trusted. According to my wife he’s honestly creepy on top of being totally unprofessional. The project was consistently delayed, with no clear communication or updates on progress. The quality of the work was subpar, and I had to hire another contractor to fix the numerous mistakes they made. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Almost got hit by driver of van in Lowe’s parking lot on Northwest highway. Driver cut through parking space and came within a couple feet of me. Then he goes up to exit door and pulls doors apart to get them to open instead of walking the extra 50 feet to the entry doors. If they are this unprofessional and discourteous in public not sure how they could be trusted to work on my home.
