I had an 8:30 appointment for a tooth extraction. I was not sent back to a chair until 8:53. I did not see the dentist until 9:23. I asked how long the procedure would take because I had to be at work at 10:15 and that is why I made the appointment for 8:30. I told her that I was frustrated. They told me that they could not see me until they ran my insurance. You should be about the customer, not about the money. This is my third dentist since moving here from Illinois. Finally a dentist I trust!
Emergency visit. Dr. Massa attended to my need with the utmost professionalism, as did her staff. She is gentle, and takes her time to explain what she is doing. Having lived all over the country, I've been to many dentists, and she was as good or better than the best I've ever used. Strongly recommend her.
I've had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Massa . She has a very calming demeanor while attending to you.. She knows her profession extremely well. Her staff is very pleasant and is second to none. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Massa and her office personnel. I worked in the medical field for 31 years and I think you would have a pleasant experience in this office.
I want to start off by saying the staff in the office is very professional the dentist on the other hand is not.She criticizes her staff in front.of other people. She scolded her staff for giving my dad a extra container for his teeth in front of us.She has no customer services skills at all .
Dr. Massa did an outstanding job on my wisdom teeth extraction. She did an excellent job on keeping me entertained and calm during the extraction. Her team is attentive and caring. Definitely a dentist that I would recommend to any of my friends and family!
I read the previous reviews and I disagree with all three. Dr. Massa is a great dentist! She and her team are professional in their treatment to me. I have been her patient for over 15 years now. That length of time bears witness to the best dental care that I have experienced in my life. I would definitely recommend Dr. Massa to anybody looking for a dentist including sleep apnea treatment!
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Massa’s office. The level of care and skill was very comforting. Dr Massa and all the staff were amazing. The Hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Massa took her time and explained everything very well. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.
I went into her office with a white teeth smile and left with a yellow film on all my teeth. All my teeth looked yellow. I have teeth that have never had a cavity and I do not smoke. I have had to work hard to get that yellow film off my teeth. I trusted them to not ruin my teeth and now I think I was wrong. They lost this patient. Dr. Massa and her dental hygenist knew before I left how my teeth looked but obviously they didn't care what they had done to my teeth.
