I gave it a one because I really like their malts. But their chocolate custard, no. There fudge brownie, no. They're brownie bits, store bought no amount of toppings can make it taste better. Also the line is stupid...simply hire more workers. The cashier is also making the orders. Also, there's no reason you can't answer your phone; become cs dedicated like all companies should.
