Want to spend an hour watching the slowest moving humans on earth...stop by...most un-motivated employee group i have witnessed...sad to comment...the product however is GREAT...
The best around! Everything is yummy but I particularly love fudge brownie sundaes, cold fudge milkshakes, banana split snowstorms, pumpkin pie snowstorms, and berry delightful parfaits! Pro tip: go within the first hour or two of when they open for the day and you won't have to wait in long lines.
Slow af. I ruined my wait and the window averaged about 2min per customer. The new owners need to work on speed.
I love it! Best place around!! I just wished I lived closer!!
Long wait for OK ice cream. I stood in line for 20 minutes and watched two families cut in front of everyone because they knew someone. Ended up leaving out of frustration. The new owners need to take a course on process management or hire on someone who is an expert in the subject. It is interesting how Culver's, which has equally as good custard, can get me in and out in minutes but I have to make a calendar appointment if I want to try Jarling's again.
Hour two of the line. Undergrads everywhere. Partner in a wheelchair getting trampled and banged by the camera crew which keeps moving through and interrupting service. I urged to give up every ten minutes for the last fourty, but at this point this is Vietnam, and my squad isn't willing to give up willing to give up with the window in sight. I wish we'd used the drive through.
