The lack of response from this office and the level of disregard for basic medical bedside manners is appalling. The new licensed nurse practitioner is amazing and is the saving grace of this office. If you want your paperwork to be lost and your concerns to be written off by an office team that gossips about the patients not paying bills in front of people in the waiting room...
I wish I could give this Dr. 10 stars! I've been to probably 80-90 dr.s in my lifetime and Dr. Jared Yarnell would by far be number 1. He HEARS you, listens, takes you seriously and doesn't just dismiss you as if it's"all in your head" like so many dr.s do. He has by far EXCEEDED going above and beyond the medical treatment and care i have ever received. If you suspect ANYTHING neurological please do yourself a huge favor by choosing this dr. Not a patient of this business, but nonetheless furious at its lack of professionalism and accountability towards patients bordering on cruelty.
Dr. Yarnell listened to my concerns and performed numerous tests which showed multiple issues for my health. His thorough, professional advice, and generous consideration changed my life by giving me valuable information for self care. I will always be grateful to him.
EDIT: He doesn’t need to be warm and fuzzy but he should try not to be dismissive and looking like he can’t wait to get you out of his office. I left feeling like he hadn’t actually heard anything I said and he did not seem to appreciate nor care about how negatively my problems affect my quality of life. I asked for a referral to another neurologist. They aren’t known for having spectacular personalities but someone out there has to be better than this.
