Brought watch in for battery replacement. After 4 weeks of repairs from damages done during battery replacement, I now own a watch that doesn't work at all. The sales lady insists that it wasn't Jared's fault and implied it was already broken when we brought it in. Her rude, arrogate, pathetic customer service and Jared's refusal to accept any of the responsibility for damages they caused makes me leave this warning DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
I came in this morning to buy 3 Pandora charms and was completely ignored. Granted two sale people were with customers BUT a I will be with you soon or even a hello would be nice. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I was walking out the door I heard "have a good day". What! Never again.
I recently got married and the from the beginning of my journey just picking the engagement ring the store Manager Kejuan McGee has helped me out. I in fact sent my older brother to the same location so Kejuan could help him. I recommend the location to everyone, quick and friendly service
Customer service is very good and friendly. When I go back the lady Bailey, she remembers me.
Very poor customer service. Stood at the counter watching two people help a couple. I patiently waited and then when another couple walked in, one lady went immediately to them to help, continuing to ignore me. As I decided to leave, I stopped by one of the girls and asked if they had a manager on duty and her response was “not really” and walked away. I had my watch (Omega) serviced on May 24, 2017. Yesterday November 18, 2017 my Omega began doing the exact same thing Jared Watch repair fixed. I read my receipt and I see the watch repair was warrantied for 6 months. I realize the warranty period is now over but for the price I paid for the initial repair I would hope Jared would want to correct the timing issue once and for all. Please private message me for any comments concerning this issue.
