I went in to buy a watch knowing exactly what I wanted, a Citizen Eco-Drive. The customer service was excellent but the watch looked small. The others fit my arm but this one did not. I asked if it had been returned and links removed and she said no they couldn't sell them like that. We ended up deciding to buy it anyway and had to purchase extra links to make it fit. We had them sent to Kay Jewelers where we live. Turns out Citizen doesn't charge for links and we paid $20 for 2! We also noticed some damage on the face befor... read more

I would personally like to thank Ashley Breeden, the Store Manager @ the Sevierville location for all of her help & understanding with my wife's engagement ring. We have the warranty on the ring, which was a huge blessing. We took it in for an inspection & it was lose & had a chip on it. They took it back, told us it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get back.
