I wish I could negative stars. I’m not one to review a place, but STAY AWAY from this arrogant ignorant rude doctor - Jared Salvo - who, ironically, has no heart. I drove two hours to meet with this “doctor” who rolled his eyes at me as I told him my history. I understood more about my illness at the time than he did. The staff lied to me and said he was an expert in my illness. He disregarded everything I said. He did nothing for me and provided zero insight into my issue. Dr. Salvo is the best EP cardiologist in this community . I would recommend him to my family and friends. He has provided excellent care to my husband for 4 years. He has met us in the ER and squeezed us in on a Saturday. He spends quality time at each visit and explains every aspect of treatment. He is knowledgeable on current recommendations in treatment. We are very satisfied with the care my husband has received from Dr. Salvo.
Dr. Salvo is, in my opinion, the best in his field in central California, not just Bakersfield. If you can put up with his office staff he is well worth the hassle.
Dr Salvo is educated and kind. He genuinely wants to help people and make them feel better. When we sat down to discuss my health history, he took his time and really listened to my complaints and symptoms. He then diagnosed my life long problem with one simple test. I believe Dr Salvo only performs tests that are necessary and prescribes medication that is right for the person and the most simple to use. My experience with Dr Salvo was very relieving and I would recommend him to all my loved ones. Thank you again Dr Salvo.
I've worked in healthcare in Bakersfield for over 11 years. Friends and family always ask me "if it were your Mom, where would you send her? I recommend Dr. Salvo because simply put, he's extremely good at what he does and emphatically cares about his patients. I know this because my Mom IS a patient if Dr. Salvo's. You'll see what I mean when you meet him!
