Dr. Johnson and his PA are deeply committed to helping veterans in need. I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery last week at Treasure Valley Hospital with Dr. Jared Johnson. I had been referred to him and after my initial consultation I chose him to be my surgeon. Dr. Johnson and his team run the Shoulder Clinic of Idaho. The reasons I decided to go with him is because he was known to be very stringent with his sterilization procedures, he was a perfectionist, he communicated well with his patients and his staff worked well together with patient care being the priority. UPDATE: April 25, 2025 I am currently 11 weeks post my shoulder surgery and completed a series of post-ops with Dr. Johnson and his team (Jake, PA and Erika, RN). I continue to be extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery and the care that I receive from Dr. Johnson. He laid out a conservative plan for recovery after my initial post-op that included six weeks of limited mobility in a sling followed by six weeks of passive movement supported by physical therapy.
