Superior to my dr at Andrews.
All staff members are friendly, helpful, and competent. The waiting room and examination rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable. The nurses, PA, and Dr. talk to the patient in layman's language while explaining the patient's underlying issues. The appointments seem to run on or close to the scheduled times.
At the time I saw doctor Patterson, my swelling was down in my knee. Everything looked good. Now my knee is back to being swollen with blood in it, and i'm going to have to call monday for another appointment. This is due to no fault of the doctor.
Very courteous and professional. He took adequate time to review and explain the diagnosis and treatment.
Dr Patterson was very knowledgeable about the facts and answered all of my questions. He stayed engaged until I didn’t have any more questions. Very professional!
