I made an appointment, took off work, made a few phone calls. Paid my copay and drove almost 100 miles out. I arrived at the office for a top surgery consult just for them to suddenly reveal *at the very end* they will not schedule any surgery until I’ve been seeing a therapist for at least “3-4 months”. This was not mentioned to me *at all* and it was not only a serious disappointment but also a disrespectful waste of my time to suddenly pull the rug. An actual nightmare to schedule a consultation. I made an appointment 10 weeks ago (no complaints: this is a normal and expected time frame for this kind of thing). But there was no appointment email/text confirmation (they “don’t do that”) and no communication until two days before my appointment. This call wasn’t to confirm my appointment, but to let me know that they made a significant change to paperwork requirements, effective immediately, and that the doctor will not see anyone who doesn’t meet the new policy. Went for a consult and the whole thing seemed very rushed. It was very "here's the gist, go to the desk to schedule surgery." The front desk staff was nice, but I will likely not be following through here.
Dr Liebman and his staff are above any par I may have set. He was informative, his staff was accommodating, and my upper body lift with reduction looks phenomenal. I received the best care and am going back soon for my lower body lift. Wouldn’t want to go to any other doctor! 1000/10 recommend Dr. Liebman! I recommend him to everyone!
Dr liebman is awesome I had 2 surgeries with him & it greatly improved my life. I can’t wait to come back for 1 more. His team is awesome as well ! Doc you are a blessing
