We've rented in many places across Australia, and Jared Hooper is definitely one of the best managers we've ever had. He's incredibly professional and, more importantly, genuinely helpful. Whenever we had issues, whether it was a maintenance request or a general question, he responded quickly and got things sorted fast. What impressed us most was how he actually listened and took action. It made our rental experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Do not rent through this man. We had a break lease through them and it took over 11 weeks for him to find anyone to take over our lease as he does not do open homes, in a rental market where people are moving to rockhampton, because they can't find rentals in Yeppoon. Absolutely ridiculous! $650 for a 3 bedroom duplex with shared driveway. Absolute rip off.
