We do not pay contractors who abandon the job site, does not finish their work then demand payment. California Happy Homes has UNHAPPY clients and is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. It’s a shame they would even market themselves as a contractor. They do not pay their contractors. They lie and are a scam operation. We have had to resort to filing a mechanics lien.
