I tried to have them replace the battery on my Tag Heuer watch. Their price was about three time what I used to pay at Macy's (however, there is no Macy's in Chattanooga). After a week or so, they said there was a part that need to be replaced in addition to the battery. The cost was another $150 on top of the original $160.
