Buyer Beware!!! If anyone is considering buying any jewelry at Jareds...DON'T!!! I just found out The Diamond they put in my wedding ring is not the quality they told me it was when I bought it!!! On top of that their customer service is horrible and even though they have had my ring for more than 5months and admitted that is a lesser quality according to IGI they will do absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

Beautiful store with beautiful items This Jared is located directly across the street from 12 Oaks Mall, and very easy to get to. This is a very nice store with a great selection of jewelry, watches, diamonds, the works. We did get my engagement ring here and the staff was very helpful in deciding on a stone and a setting. They are also very helpful with any repairs you may need to your jewlery. I highly recommend this store. PROS: Location and quality of service CONS: None that I can think of

Good for the young... They have to do allot of annoying advertising because they have little else to offer. It's alright for teens or twenty somethings. I am a fairly experienced and savvy jewelery shopper, and found it to be expensive for fair and light weight quality, and the sales man, eager as he was, was somewhat reminiscent of the stereo typical used car salesman. This is now one place safe for me to go, as I am sure I will not spend any hard earned $

Snake Hi, I bought a watch and they refused to return. They clearly stated I had 30 days on a pre - owned Rolex. The worst service, I will never buy again. Be ware they will scam you! They don't tell the rules or they may, bottle line is when you sign it. Read the fine. They change it at check out! The way I see it, I got a free watch because I'm not paying it. Lawyer said I signed on the wrong x.. Which makes it invalid. Lol so I won !
