Tried to have some custom rings made here. My initial encounter was great and they took my info for the custom designer to contact me the following week. No contact by them. No problem I went online and made an appointment to see them. I showed up at the appointment to find that the custom designer went to a company meeting out of town. I had received no less than 5 reminders of our meeting but they didn't show and didn't contact me. I'll find a jeweler that treats their customers better.
