I went in to inquire about a jewelry repair and although it turned out they couldn't repair this specific item, the woman who helped me was so friendly and professional and offered me a number of options and suggestions. Excellent customer service!

I am writing to share feedback about a recent visit to your store. I came in with what I believed was a broken prong on my ring. The associate assisting me looked at it under the microscope and said, “Yep, it’s broken.” I asked her to show me which prong was broken, and she briefly pointed—so quickly (for maybe half a second) that I couldn’t even focus on which one she meant. Tried to have some custom rings made here. My initial encounter was great and they took my info for the custom designer to contact me the following week. No contact by them. No problem I went online and made an appointment to see them. I showed up at the appointment to find that the custom designer went to a company meeting out of town. I had received no less than 5 reminders of our meeting but they didn't show and didn't contact me. I'll find a jeweler that treats their customers better.
