I had a fantastic experience at Jared the Galleria of Jewelers at South Hills Village thanks to Nate Fournaridis. He went above and beyond to help me retrieve the purchase record Le Vian ring so it could be sent out for warranty repairs. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He also took the time to clean and inspect my ring, making it look brand new again. His customer service was outstanding—efficient, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend asking for Nate if you visit this location.
