Came in looking for a new setting for my engagement ring. The store was very busy, but Sebastian kept checking in on us and apologized for the wait. He was patient with us while I picked the perfect setting. The hubby ended up buying a gold bracelet as well. Managed to upsell to us without feeling pressured. I highly recommend shopping with him, we felt very comfortable every minute of the transaction.
