Do not buy any type of gold from this company, I bought an 14k ankle for my wife and it broke three times I took it to repair twice and on the third one I got tired of it went in person to get my money back, exchange it for another or even get something else for the same price. I was told I’m not able to do that even though I have warranty on it, I was also told that they would contact me when they get another one, I haven’t heard nothing since then it’s been a month.

This has nothing to do with the actual Warwick store. Purchased a diamond ring on the website online for my sweetheart and was sent an email the same day it was due to be delivered that it has been delayed due to inventory issues. After a few back and forth text promising a call we are still waiting. I know We should have went in to the store to buy it and it was a mistake. Still waiting no ring!!!!

The customer service that I received from Elizabeth Trimmer & Tom was far above any other place I have been. The courtesy and detail to exactly what I was looking for made me choose this exact location. They didn’t force me to buy. They took their time and the patience that they showed was exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any piece of jewelry to see the both of them. They were a blessing. I will never go anywhere else. Ty again guys!!!!
