I am very happy with both the product and customer care at this store. They helped me pick out an engagement ring, facilitated custom designs and more. We came back to do custom bands and couldn't be happier.
My fiance got my engagement ring there and was able to customize the ring too. Everything was perfect!!
Do not buy any type of gold from this company, I bought an 14k ankle for my wife and it broke three times I took it to repair twice and on the third one I got tired of it went in person to get my money back, exchange it for another or even get something else for the same price. I was told I’m not able to do that even though I have warranty on it, I was also told that they would contact me when they get another one, I haven’t heard nothing since then it’s been a month.
Amazing experience at Jared! Lyn was so helpful and attentive and made our wedding band shopping experience so memorable.
This has nothing to do with the actual Warwick store. Purchased a diamond ring on the website online for my sweetheart and was sent an email the same day it was due to be delivered that it has been delayed due to inventory issues. After a few back and forth text promising a call we are still waiting. I know We should have went in to the store to buy it and it was a mistake. Still waiting no ring!!!!
