Hailey and Ariel were fantastic. We went there a year ago and unfortunately the ring I wanted was discontinued by time we went to purchase it. They worked with us to build the exact same ring while keeping the budget in mind the whole time. We were able to build the ring for the same price as the original ring which was on clearance at the time. What a delightful shopping experience. Aytelle Comans and Alexis Fattore made my day at Jared Jewelers in North Hills. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable, full of excellent suggestions and very professional! I felt like a just discovered 2 new friends and I will certainly be returning to Jareds for all my Jewlery needs and future purchases.

I do not recommend Jared Jewelry at all. I purchased the protection plan warranty because of what I was told when I bought the jewelry, but when I came in for the inspection today, they changed their story. It feels very misleading and dishonest. I paid extra for the warranty plan expecting the benefits that were explained to me at the time of purchase, but after today, it feels like a complete waste of money.
