Lindsay was WONDERFUL! Everyone there was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We had very specific needs in mind and were given options both in store and custom. Lindsay explained how everything worked and the benefits of each option presented. A very soft sell, it felt like they really listened to our needs and did everything they could to meet them. They even cleaned all the jewelry we walked in wearing. A very pleasant experience with a great team that was ready to step up and help each other.
Shane and Stacey were amazing. My fiancé and I came in to look at wedding bands on Saturday. They both were so helpful and patient with us. It look me a solid 40/45ish minutes to look at my rings and they found the perfect 2 rings that’s took me forever to choose between but I didn’t feel rush one bit. They were both so ice and took amazing care of us. I would highly recommend them both.
I love, love, LOVE my rings! I got my ring secondhand 5 years ago and some of the small diamonds on the side and halo had fallen out so my husband and I stopped into Jared to discuss repair options. Coleen, with her amazing knowledge and wisdom, offered options to repair or a new ring using my current center stone.
