Owner is super friendly, but it was unfortunate that I ordered beef fat to make tallow and it was bad. He was kind and got me more the next week to make up for it, however this beef fat was also bad. Not sure if it is their freezing process of the fat or if it sits out too long. I hope this review helps the business work on better prep and storing methods of their beef fat to prevent this from happening in the future.
Love this place not just to process my beef but also for all my meat products. Wont go anywhere else!!

We just had our steer processed by Joe and his crew and they did a amazing job! I'm a Chef and had requested some unusual cuts and requests, they fulfilled all of them. I would recommend them highly.
